The conference is being held at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. Our room rate is $154/night plus taxes and can be used 3 days before and after the conference dates if you are arriving early or staying later. Room choices include 2 queen size beds or a King (King rooms also have a sofa bed). The hotel is under 2 miles from the Palm Springs airport and there is a free airport shuttle. For attendees who are student members of HBES, HBES is subsidizing your hotel room costs (covering ½ the room cost/night Tue-Sun). The hotel will bill you for the other half (we will pay them directly). To streamline this process, please use the link below to reserve your room. The hotel is about a mile from the main drag of old town Palm Springs which is full of shops and restaurants and has a Thursday night market.
